These terms govern the booking and delivery of private tours arranged by Japan Vista Tour. By submitting an inquiry or confirming a tour, you agree to the following terms.
Booking Inquiries
All bookings begin with an inquiry submitted through our website form, email, or WhatsApp. Submitting an inquiry does not require payment and does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team.
Tour Customization
All tours are private and can be customized based on guest interests, pace, dietary needs, mobility needs, group size, and travel dates. Final itineraries are agreed before confirmation.
Pickup & Drop-off
Standard tours include hotel pickup and drop-off within the city limits of the tour starting point where available. Standard pickup slots are 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, and 9:00 AM. Pickup outside city limits may be arranged by custom quote.
Pricing
Prices are quoted per group and may vary depending on tour, route, season, group size, and special requirements. Custom and multi-day tours are quoted individually. Final pricing is confirmed before booking.
Weather Changes
Tours generally proceed in rain. However, itineraries such as Mt. Fuji tours may be adjusted for visibility, comfort, road conditions, or safety during extreme weather. Alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time and location, providing accurate information, and following the guide's reasonable safety guidance during the tour.
