If a tour cannot proceed safely due to extreme weather, we will offer to adjust the itinerary, reschedule, or discuss suitable alternatives.

No-Show
If guests are not available at the agreed pickup time and location and cannot be reached, the tour may be treated as a no-show. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before this applies.
